The search procedures included the type of intervention, abstract terms (e.g., social isolation versus an enhanced level of mental health nursing), and keyword to collate results. Results: The 16 study and 13 case reports from The Cochrane Library were included in Learn More review. The results showed that the EBP had several significant outcomes that matched those of an MHPNA. In seven studies, case reports supported case managers taking action by engaging patients, with specific objectives like offering mentoring for mental health outcomes.
