Results: The stressors between the resident and himself occurred primarily by time and place; the stressors were more common in persons involved in medicine, while the stressors involved in the management of the resident’s health were more common in professionals in medicine. This conclusion is partially supported by other body of literature which demonstrates the influence of the environment on the health-related outcomes.
