Who provides personalized attention to ensure the accuracy of maternal and child health nursing assignments? With over 10 years experience in such field, we are presently in the process of setting up a team-based team approach for monitoring and recommending these nurses as well as for improving the delivery team capabilities, skills and organizational abilities of the staff. In fact, we have participated in the recruitment of thousands of training-related individuals, from all over the world in the period between April 2003 to August 2004. This report seeks to address this prior work by providing an overview of the challenges of implementing an approach to a team environment, specifically in relation to improving group outcome of nurse data. Implementation of our approach in the future will enable further improvements both in the safety of the team and our understanding of nurse performance and improvement of the data.
